Sand Blender
Our sand blender is designed to continuously mix gravel pack slurry. With blender SB-01, the operators can control the sand concentrations precisely, providing consistent and controlled sand mixture even at low pump rates and low solid-to-liquid ratios.
Filling the perforations with gravel is the key to obtaining high productivity from a well. Compared to performing gravel packing with a sand-pot, our sand blender will greatly help achieve thorough and complete packing behind the screen, preventing sand from entering the perforation and clogging the perforation tunnel.
This cost-effective unit is well suited for gravel-packing and high-rate water-packing operations.
